I recently found a cool Facebook page called The Confederate Cleaner. The gentleman who runs the page cleans the graves of Confederate soldiers, shares their stories and photos of their graves, and posts updates about his travels. This is such a cool way to honor the brave soldiers who sacrificed everything for what they believed in. Here’s a sample from a recent update:
“The trip to Neshoba County to treat one of my follower’s ancestor was a complete success. The Ocobla Cemetery actually has two Southern soldiers buried there so we went on and cleaned the other one as well. Still having some time before heading home, we decided to locate the Confederate monument so I could snap a few pictures.”
